This method of lighting yields some very desirable results. There is level of control no other lighting technique can achieve. Plus the weight of the complete system is negligible making set-up and load-out so very quick. The down side is that the venue must be completely dark and not\u00a0operation to be attempted during business hours while patrons are present. No, this must be done on a \u201cDark\u201d day for the restaurants wishing to do this\u2026
